Musim Mengawan...

So musim mengawan tiba kembali.... minggu ni saja i've got lots of weddings to attend and all of them are important one for me....because they did attend my wedding dulu...

Mula2 sekali Chibiok, member koleq... he did attend my wedding and siap menepung tawar lagi tuh.... kenduri kat sg. buloh on the 3rd june nanti.... kalau tak pegi ni masak aku di kemudian hari.... tgklah macam mana nanti.... hopefully i can make it... lagipun dah lama tak jumpa budak batch aku nih.... mesti diaorang rindu kat aku.... hahahaha/...

Then Giggs punya wedding dgn Suria.... lagi lah susah nak miss this one... we've known each other since UUM sampailah dah kerja sekali sekarang.... we lived in the same house for almost 3 years.... and indirectly, diaorang berkenalan pun berpunca asal dari aku jugak....anyway, diaorang dah pun selamat bernikah saturday 27th May 2006 hari tu kat chemor, perak... which i couldn't attend but i'll try to make it on the 4th june nanti.... so, tahniah giggs and suria... ni lah gambar diaorang yang aku sempat cilok untuk tatapan semua....

Another one is Iza Rahayu and husband.... pun kenduri in this week also....and also did attend my wedding kat kedah dulu.... we are close friends dulu masa kat uum, together with jaja.....sepatutnya aku attend her wedding kat penang this week, but apa kan daya, i've stuck with my class... so sorry makcik.... by the way, semoga berbahagia and happy bday makcik... today kan?

Again... to all my friends who is getting married dalam musim mengawan kali ni, i wish u all SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU dan semoga berbahagia ke anak cucu...

Currently listening to...

Boleh tahan aku ni... sekali dengar 2 album.... aku pun tak tau apasal aku beli these 2 albums especially Pearl Jam.... this is my first Pearl Jam album... at least Red Hot tu kira second one after Californiacation (tu pun cetak rompak.... masa tu masih menyokong industri cetak rompak... but now no more)....

Pearl Jam not bad la... sedap gak lagu diaorang... layan laa... susah gak nak compare dengan album sebelum ni sebab tak pernah dengar album except lagu Jeremy dengan ada lagi satu lagu aku tak ingat... tu pun masa kat koleq dulu.... Aku beli album kali ni pun sebab tengok cover dia lawa.... simple dan tak serabut.... not disappointing album....

Red Hot Chili Peppers (RHCP)... pun best gak... ada 2 disc with a total of 28 songs.... setelah aku belek rak CD aku, baru lah aku sedar that this is my first RHCP studio album yang original.... aku dah ada dua collection, satu Californiacation (tak ori) and satu lagi Best of (ori).... Gaya macam minta gila tapi tak jugak rupanya.... but anyway i enjoy listening to RHCP Stadium Arcadium album ni especially disc 2.... power wa cakap lu....

TQ mr black estetika for the info and the pics... kalau tak tak tau gak RHCP keluar album baru.... and last but not least, TQ taiko kedai CD kat mahkota parade yang sentiasa accept credit card.... ikutilah perbualan aku dgn toiko kedai tersebut....

taiko kedai:"taiko, mau angkat pearl jam baru ka?"

aku:"best ke?"

taiko kedai:"musti best la taiko... pearl jam maa"

aku:" hmmm... ok..ok..lah... try test la tengok... itu red hot pun kasi angkat sekali"

taiko cashier:" wei taiko... lu angkat english album maaa... selalu lu angkat itu indon punya album"

aku:" alo kawan... slow sikit la cakap... lu bikin malu sama i maa... alahhh... skali skala maa mua dengar english punya album"

ada ka patut dia dah chop muka aku asyik beli album indon je... tak patut... tu la pasal

Ooopss... They Did It Again...

Letih betul la... What to do... what to say... The Reds did it again... The same way masa menang Champions League season.... the hard way... penat betul la...

Dah la gol mula2 tu gol sendiri... aku rasa memang liverpool suka buat macam ni kut.... saja nak test power.... bayangkan, mula saja dah ketinggalan 2-0... then kejar balik to level it to 2-2... lepas tu, west ham (the opponent) leading balik 3-2... nasib baik la liverpool ada captain magnefico, steven gerard.... with a superb goal and 2 more minutes to end the game... dia berjaya menyamakan kedudukan kepada 3-3 dan berjaya membawa ke masa tambahan....

During the extra time, the game slow sikit because semua player dah letih... but, west ham missed a very good opportunity in fornt of the goal post yang dah kosong... from that moment, aku dah boleh agak dah... the night will be on liverpool side...

Memang tepat sekali jangkaan aku, bila liverpool menang 3-1 in the penalty shoot-out... the fact is that liverpool goal keeper, Mr. Pepe Reina was good and succesfully saved 3 shot...but to me west ham pun was not prepared for the penalty shoot-out... the luck is on liverpool... the best player masa final tu is of course, Sir Steven Gerrard... he has turn the game to the best FA cup final ever played.... sama laha macam masa Champion League last season when he turn the game to be the best Champions League final ever played...

Congratulation to Liverpool... the 125th FA Cup Champion...

finding nemo dat quod non habet

Today I was got stuck with two nemo... first anak aku, sufyan... nak layan Finding Nemo... seriously, 3 round (pagi, petang dan malam) in one day... and the second one is with my assignment with this phrase nemo dat quod non habet. No need to elaborate further on Finding Nemo kan... sebab semua orang mesti dah tengok... Let me walk you to the world of law... to a place called SOGA (Sales of Good Act.)... not SOGO shopping paradise.... and to the Section 27

Now here is the story...

Common law rule says that nemo dat quod non habet is ‘No one can give a better title than he has himself’. It is stated under the Section 27 Sales of Goods Act: ‘…where goods are sold by a person who is not the owner thereof, and who does not sell them under the authority or with the consent of the owner, the buyer acquires no better title to the goods than the seller had..’. This is to protect the ownership so that if goods are stolen & subsequently sold, the right of the original owner is retained. The buyer has no ownership on the goods even though he is a bona fide purchaser for value without notice

The exceptions of the nemo datquod non habet are:

1) Estoppel - Section 27 - where the owner, by his conduct makes it appear to the buyer that the person who sells the goods has his authority to do so and the buyer relies on that conduct, the buyer obtains a good title because the owner is precluded by his conduct from denying the seller’s authority to sell.

2) Sale by mercantile agent - The proviso to section 27, Sales of Good Act provides that sale by mercantile agent, with the consent of owner in possession of goods or of a document of title to the goods, any sale made by him when acting in the ordinary course of business of a mercantile agent shall be as valid as if he were expressly authorized by the owner of the goods to make the same. However, the buyer must have acted in good faith and at the same time of the contract of sale, had not received notice that the seller has no authority to sell.

3) Sale by one of joint owners - Section 28 provides that if one of several joint owners of goods has the sole possession of the goods by permission of the co-owners, the property in the goods is transferred to any person who buys them from such joint owner in good faith & has not at the time of the contract of sale, notice that the seller has no authority to sell.

There are another 3.... enough with these 3.... yg ni pun dah pening... tu la pasal...

Kepada semua penggemar minuman tongkat ali, maka dengan ini, aku ingin memperkenalkan satu lagi produk terbaru di pasaran, yang bakal bersaing dengan Kopi Jantan, Ali Cafe Power Root, Longjack Orang Kampung.... Tongkat Ali Cappuccino cap Dua Badak... Asal usul produk ni adalah dari Kelantan... dimana aku jumpa produk ni??? hahaha... semasa aku attend Perasmian Pameran Satu Daerah Satu Industri di Melaka

Apakah kelainan tongkat ali yang ini ialah ia berperisa cappuccino yang mana produk lain di pasaran sekarang mostly is kopi... produk ni pun adik beradik kopi jugak... ore kelate kecek kopi cino (cina).... satu lagi kelebihan produk ini ialah ia mengandungi 8 in 1 packet.... ada kremer bukan tenusu, tongkat ali, biji tamar, habbatus sauda, ubi jaga dan butea superba.... apa itu butea superba???... masuk kat google and cari sendiri... baru la thrill sikit....

Kepada mereka2 yang dah try, boleh la beri sedikit comment agar produk ini dapat bersaing dengan produk lain yang seangkatan dengannya... kepada yang belum mencuba... silalah cuba.. terutama kepada mereka2 yang bakal melangsungkan perkahwinan tak lama lagi and kepada suami2 yang isteri mereka akan habis pantang bersalin tak lama lagi (hehehehe.... aku le tu)

Rasanya memang enak sekali.... khasiatnya amatlah memuaskan... sekali cuba, pasti nak lagi... tu la pasal

It is not that I'm having all the bad day for the past 2 weeks but along the way, there was this song that was shared to me by a friend and it goes well with the things that I've been through for the past two weeks... Most of it got to do with some people who tried to make my work miserable... Some of it got to do with this "Legal and Ethics" thing but none of it had to do with my family... alhamdulillah....
